Before & After
On this upstairs living room remodel/den conversion we did for our clients in McKinney, TX.

We helped our clients convert their upstairs living room den into a working office space

Job consisted of:

New framing in order to in close on both sides of den; with new sheetrock, tape, texture and paint inside and outside walls there after.

We finished off by installing door frame/2 new French doors that our client had special ordered.

Always fun to help out with different kinds of remodels apart from what we specialize in.

Calacatta Lusso from @klzstonesupply for this kitchen + bathroom vanity countertops that we installed earlier this week.
We finished up kitchen updates by installing new glass subway tile for the backsplash.

Highlight for this remodel:
Cuts done by our shop manager having all veins flow elegantly from countertop to backsplash seamlessly especially in vanity & bar area.

For this kitchen makeover we did for our client out in North Carrollton, renovations consisted of new countertops + backsplash installation using Mykonos 3cm Quartzite from @klzstonesupply
we also installed a new modern s/s single bowl under mount sink.

-Major highlight from this job was the cuts that our shop manager did to make all the veins flow beautifully from countertop to backsplash for all areas.

-As well as the solid craftsmanship involved in both fabrication & installation especially around the window seal area behind the sink many cuts involved skill and years of experience are really shown on this quality installation.

Before & After

On this utility room makeover we did for our friends at the legendary & iconic @darkagetattoostudio

Highlights from this project:

-our plumber installed a brand new drain system and our tile installer built a custom pan liner around it made of the same tile material as the floor. We also modified/raised existing valve and installed a new water hose type faucet using copper material in order to give access to water much quicker for cleaning.

-installed new 12x 24 tile for the flooring as well as new modern baseboards

-installed white shaker style soft close @bestcheerstone cabinets with s/s hardware and installed custom shelves w/ a custom crown molding for upper cabinets using the same material.

-on the sink side our carpenter built from scratch two L-shape custom shelves to give maximum storage capability.

-we used Bottochino 3cm quartz for the countertops + backsplash beautiful stone from @klzstonesupply one of our favorites.

-we also sanded down all the wood trim on the walls, door and crown molding. Repaired/re-textured walls and painted all the walls & trim/door as well there after.

Before & After for this master bathroom remodel we did in north Carrollton.
We originally came out to measure in May of last year and got the opportunity to come back and start on this project early this year.

Some highlights from this remodel:

-We installed new marble tile for the shower pan and raised the tile higher for the shower walls, we also installed a new handheld to go with our clients new shower fixtures. For this shower we also installed a beautiful Calacatta gold quartz for both 16” niches, the threshold and a custom seamless shower seat made of the same quartz material who we give credit to our client for coming up with and suggesting turned out really nice 👌

-Our client also had us demo old closet door, trim & shelves for a new more modern looking open concept closet- equipped with new modern trim and custom shelves that our client thought of and we built from scratch/installed.

-New large format tile was installed for the flooring.

- Calacatta gold Quartz was installed for the master, guest and powder bathroom Vanitys.

-Installed new light fixtures in the master to match all the new brass hardware/fixtures.

-Finishing up remodel by installing new frameless glass w/ matching brass hardware.

Before and After

Full master bathroom remodel we did out in Frisco, TX.

Some highlights on this remodel:

Eliminating fur downs, arches and framing/opening walls for a bigger custom walk-in shower equipped with 3 new rain shower heads.

We also installed a SunTouch heated floor mat for our clients new tile flooring.

We eliminated the old jacuzzi tub and installed a new modern free standing tub.

We installed a ready made dual sink vanity with a Carrara style marble countertop to go along the full marble shower w/ custom niches.

We installed trim/base and crown molding for the master bathroom and painted walls, ceiling and master closet.

We added + updated new plugs/switches and installed new light fixtures, wall sconce, chandeliers & new recessed lighting all throughout bathroom.

Finishing off the remodel with a new custom built from scratch modern barn door that we installed for our client.

New large format luxury vinyl flooring prep + installation for our clients home in Denton, TX.

Job consisted of demoing complete first floor + floating/self leveling areas there after followed by installing a beautiful luxury vinyl from @thetileshop.dallas

We also helped with installing new 8” modern baseboard + caulk & paint there after ✅ and plumbing disconnect/reconnect of appliances + electrical modifications.

We went out to measure for new cabinets + countertops on this rental property back in November, job was given to another crew who ran off with the deposit. We were called back last minute to save the day we even worked with our client to help out with price.

Kitchen we renovated in Argyle TX for our lovely client Lisa, who reached out pre pandemic and again earlier in March to finally get her kitchen updates ✅

We used beautiful Alpine 3cm Quartz from our friends @klzstonesupply for the countertops and a matte white subway tile for backsplash with a avalanche grout color from floor and decor.

Kitchen updates we knocked out in Ft. Worth today.

Our job on creekdale is wrapping up. Only paint, glass a couple light fixtures and some baseboard work and this master is finished. A big thank to our client Arianne for her trust in us 🙏
